Plymouth author, Andrew Botieri, and former chair of the PBCD will be having an Author Talk and book signing at the East Bridgewater Library on Tuesday Sept. 1st from 6pm-7:30pm. His new book, "The Magical Espresso Machine" is a fictional, historical love story with a twist of fantasy. The story emerges in Italy prior to and during World War I, where two Shakespearean star-crossed teenagers, Generosa and Caesar, embrace their destiny to be together forever — until the tragedy of war tears them apart.

Seven decades later, in Plymouth, a young woman, Marie, Generosa’s grandniece, and her daughter, Jacelyn, discover their seemingly perfect life is forever intertwined with a mysterious espresso machine whose magic transcends time as it travels from Italy to Plymouth. Marie and her daughter Jace, unwittingly summon the cosmos to a powerful and eternal love.
