The Syriac Orthodox Monastery of the Holy Martyrs welcomes all and offers hospitality, healing, learning, and, most importantly, hope. Hope in solidarity with the poor and the homeless, the disenfranchised and forgotten, those never heard, seen, or even wanted. Serving God by serving the poor and the poorest of the poor, the disenfranchised and marginalized.

The Gospel Christ inspires us and teaches us, "Whatever you do to the least of my people, do you do unto me." If we listen, we hear the call to be open to one another, to give what we have, and to welcome all guests as we would welcome Christ Himself. The monastery is a place of healing, nourishment, learning, and service, where folks respond to each other's needs.

All are welcome to come and taste and see the Orthodox world through the tangible gifts, grace-filled moments, and love of each other. We carry on under the flag of openness to all as we labor under the Christian negotiable stature of unconditional love in service to all—seeing Christ in every face.

This is only possible because of your unceasing prayers and continued support. Please keep all in your prayers and consider even a small donation.
