There have been several scam phone calls made to residents of the Township and even to our station today. If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be a member of our department and they inform you that you need to make payment in relation to an outstanding warrant or that you missed jury duty, this is a scam. No one from the Police Department will ever call you requesting payment. If you receive a phone call and you are concerned that it may not be a scam you can always call our station at 610-279-1901 and we will confirm whether someone from our Police Department called you. Please do not ever make payment to anyone without confirming their identity.
