There were a lot of laughs, good food, and a great crowd all night long. We appreciate everyone who bought tickets, helped out, and spent the evening with us.

Big thanks to the comedians for putting on a great show, and thank you to our community for always supporting your local volunteer fire company.

Last night, members of PVFC joined firefighters and emergency responders from departments across the area to attend an Electric Vehicle (EV) and Alternative Fuel Vehicle (AFV) Incident Management class hosted by Chalfont Fire Company.

As vehicle technology continues to evolve, training like this is critical to helping first responders stay prepared for the unique hazards and challenges associated with electric and alternative fuel vehicles. Topics included vehicle identification, battery systems, emergency response considerations, fire suppression challenges, and responder safety.

We appreciate the opportunity to train alongside neighboring departments and continue expanding our knowledge to better serve and protect our community. Thank you to Chalfont Fire Company for hosting the class and providing valuable instruction.

We are looking for knowledgeable and skilled community members willing to lend a hand with an upcoming outdoor improvement project at the station. Plans include prepping the ground and installing pavers for a new patio area where members can relax, grill, and spend time together outside the station. If interested in helping, please contact [email protected].
