Senate Bill 390, which added e-cigarettes to the Clean Indoor Air Act, was passed and enacted into
law during Montana’s 2025 Legislative Session and is now in effect. If you need to update the signs at your establishment we have free signs available at our department. The last image is what the signs looks like now.

The Public Health Department will be closed on Monday 10/13 in recognition of Columbus Day.
We will be back Tuesday at 8am and ready to give Flu and Covid vaccines until 4pm. All walk-ins are welcome. We are also available for appointments. Come and see us. No insurance? No problem!! We have you covered.
