We are saddened to share the passing of an active member of our Department. Missy served our community as an EMT with our Organization. Please keep Missy's family in your thoughts and prayers.

Yesterday, January 28th at 1:03pm, Pleasant Hill Station 65 along with our mutual aid partners from Covington Fire & Rescue Inc., Ludlow falls fire department, and West Milton Fire Company were dispatched to the 100 block of South Main Street for a reported Garage Fire. Upon Engine 65's arrival, a 2 car garage was found with heavy smoke showing and fire. Engine 65 began fire extinguishment while additional in coming companies assisted with fire attack and overhaul. The fire was able to be contained to a small section of the garage, preventing the garage from being considered a loss.

We appreciate the support of our Automatic Mutual Aid partners, as well as the Village of Pleasant Hill coming out to treat the roadway following the fire.
