Lorenโs passion for conservation, woodland management, and habitat restoration has had a lasting impact on Pleasant Hill. During nearly three decades of service, he helped advance trail planning, land acquisition efforts, Bird Friendly Iowa initiatives, the establishment of Christie Lane Woodlands, and the Cityโs longstanding partnership with Polk County Conservation. His vision and dedication have helped shape the park system and natural areas our community enjoys today.
Please join us in recognizing and thanking Austin and Loren for their contributions to our community!
