Hope Solutions heals the effects of poverty and homelessness by providing permanent housing solutions On-site services assist residents to be self-reliant.

Hope Solutions collaborates with affordable housing developers to provide affordable housing for low-income and disabled individuals and families. These include: case management and counseling, youth programs (pre-school programming, homework club, teen club), resources for employment, food, clothing, and health.

We want to thank Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church for hosting the Care-a-Van at Garden Park Apartments.

Our families had a great time shopping for a new wardrobe with the help of your volunteers. We also greatly appreciate your help in preparing the vegetable garden for the season.

A huge thank you to TAPS Walnut Creek for hosting the Sweet Dreams Project at Lakeside! 💙

They brought an amazing variety of books, snacks for the kids, spent time reading together, and even joined in on hide and seek. It was such a fun and meaningful way to spend a Friday afternoon, and our kids loved every minute of it. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for creating such special memories with our community!
