Governor Evers is holding onto an unconstitutional viewpoint on a US Supreme Court decision (8-1). We must elected a new Governor and Lieutenant Governor!

Governor Tony Evers this morning sent Wisconsin Family Action and Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty a letter in which he states he has “no intention” of ending his unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination.

Evers argued, “it is disappointing that your right wing organization wasted no time enthusiastically taking up the mantle to restore… this effort.” The effort that we attempting is to uphold the Constitution.

Evers argues that those who oppose his discriminatory rule to not allow biological truth to be shared in the counseling room are doing so out of their goal of “bullying LGBTQ kids and Wisconsinites.”

No, Governor Tony Evers we’re standing up against your bullying of those whom you disagree with. In the coming days we will look to pursue every legal means necessary to force your administration to stop discrimination and uphold the Constitution.
