Arc of Southington The Arc of Southington is an advocacy organization and a service provider focusing on people with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

The Arc of Southington provides a variety of services and supports, operating eleven CLA’s and CRS’s that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are funded through the CT Department of Developmental Services. Our clients range in age from teen to elderly. Supports for each individual are based on their specific needs and preferences. We also provide Individual Support

Services to people who live in their own homes, some alone, others with a housemate or spouse. Day services are provided to participants on an individualized basis. We do not offer group supported employment. More and more individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are choosing to self-direct their supports and receive individual budgets to do so. The Arc of Southington works with individuals, their case managers, families and fiscal intermediaries. The Recreation Program, funded by the Town of Southington, offers adults with disabilities typical leisure activities in the local community alongside their non-disabled peers.

Despite a rainy start, our Annual Golf Tournament turned into a beautiful day on the course and was a tremendous success!

Your generosity helps us continue providing vital services and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.
