Each week, delivers nutritious meals to Army veteran Thomas Proudford, a disabled veteran and amputee, supporting his health and independence. Through Meals on Wheels America’s program, funded by , Thomas has also received critical home modifications that help him age safely at home. This National Home Improvement Month, his story is a reminder that small changes can make all the difference. 🏡💙

Happy Memorial Day from all of us at Meals on Wheels South Florida! Today, as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served our country, our office is closed in observance of this important day.

All Monday clients have received their meal deliveries ahead of schedule, so they are all set for the week!

Our team is deeply saddened to share the passing of one of our cherished clients, Willie B. Her warmth and spirit touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her, especially her dedicated volunteer, Dave.
