The City will be conducting smoke testing of the mainline sewer system on select streets from May 26 through May 29.

The smoke is non-toxic and odorless. Smoke may be seen coming from the vent stack on the roofs of homes in the testing areas.

Smoke will not enter homes unless there is a defect or dried-out P-trap under a sink. Prior to the testing dates listed above, we suggest you run a few gallons of water in rarely used sinks or tubs to reduce the possibility of smoke entering your home.

The Memorial Day holiday will impact the collection of trash, recycling, and yard waste.

🗑️ Residents who normally receive recycling and/or trash collection on Mondays will be serviced on Tuesday, May 26

🗑️ Residents who normally receive recycling and/or trash collection on Tuesdays will be serviced on Wednesday, May 27

There will be NO collection of yard waste the week of May 25 (Wednesday is the normal collection date).
