Today, our 5th graders sang the Bethany school song one final time as elementary students:

“We are Bethany Elementary,
Friends and family,
One community…”

And in that moment, those words felt especially true. These students have grown up within these walls. They have learned, laughed, led, wondered, worked hard, made memories, and become part of the heart of our Bethany Bunch.

To our 5th graders: we are so proud of you. As you take your next steps into middle school, we hope you carry a piece of Bethany with you- the friendships, the lessons, the confidence, and the reminder that you will always be part of this community.

What a way to end the year! 🎉 This morning, our Bethany Bunch came together for one final assembly to celebrate an amazing school year filled with learning, laughter, growth, friendship, and so many special memories.

From big smiles to joyful cheers, it was the perfect way to wrap up the year and send our students into summer feeling celebrated and loved. We are so proud of all our students have accomplished this year and so grateful for the teachers, staff, families, and volunteers who helped make it all possible.

Coach Schmidt, Ms. Mullins, and Ms. Perich have each made a lasting impact on the students, staff, and families of Bethany through their dedication, kindness, patience, and countless years of service. Their influence reaches far beyond lessons taught or days worked; they helped shape the heart of our school community.

From encouraging students, supporting coworkers, creating meaningful connections, and showing up every single day with care and commitment, their presence will truly be missed.

Thank you for the difference you made in the lives of so many. We are grateful for the legacy you leave behind and the memories created along the way! The Bethany Bunch made a SPLASH during Water Day today! ☀️ Our 4th graders wrapped up their water day fun by “hitting the sea lion” and showing off their best balancing skills, teamwork, and LOTS of laughter! 🦭😂 The memories made today were definitely worth getting soaked for.

We love seeing our Bethany students making the most of these end of year moments together! 💙 Huge shoutout to Coach Schmidt, Mrs. Burton, & Ms. Blue for organizing such an incredible day for our Bunch!

Last week, our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders unleashed their creativity through Blackout Poetry (also called Erasure Poetry)! 🖤✍️

Armed with black markers and imagination, students transformed pages of text into such funny and poignant poems. It was amazing to see the creativity, humor, and unique voices shine through each piece.
