This weekend, neighbors showed up to talk with us about how our library's space can better serve you. Your honesty, your questions, and your ideas are exactly what this process needs.
A few themes we heard loud and clear:

• More intimate spaces for community connections
• Food access for studying teens and college students
• Study pods seemed like a good fit for a variety of library users

And we're not done. On Sunday, June 14 at 1 pm, we're going one step further: architect Ed Klimek will join us for an interactive visioning session, looking at libraries from around the world for ideas that could work here.

It's open to everyone. Refreshments served. Bring your imagination.

This Saturday, we want to hear from you.
On June 6, Library Director Darren Miguez will host an open conversation about how our space can better serve you. Not a presentation — a conversation. Bring your thoughts, your questions, and your honest feedback about what's working on our floors and what isn't.
A little about your host: Darren grew up in libraries — as a student in England (where he was born), as a library page in Las Vegas during high school, and after earning his degree in Library and Information Science, as PPL's Youth Services department head before stepping up to lead the library. This is his tenth year working at Plainsboro Public Library!
