On August 23rd, Family Promise Union County hosted our Back-to-School Event, where families were able to pick up backpacks and school supplies to help their children start the new school year prepared and confident. In addition to school supplies, we were excited to offer hair braiding and haircuts for the children.
We are incredibly grateful to our community partners, congregations, donors, and volunteers who helped make this event possible. Because of your generosity, we were able to ease some of the back-to-school stress for our families and bring a little extra joy during a challenging time.
