This low-impact workout combines strength and cardio training while helping improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and range of motion. Multiple intensity levels are available, and no swimming ability is required.

This dedicated pool hour provides a calmer and more comfortable swimming experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities, autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs. Reduced noise, minimal splashing, and adaptive equipment are encouraged.

Saturdays through August 29
