Yesterday was all about our Littles (Kindy 500! 🏁) & our Bigs (5th grade graduation! 🎓)

We started off the day cheering on our Kindergarten sweeties in their annual Kindy 500 event! 🏎️ The rain brought us inside, but didn’t stop the fun & everyone’s cars & races were so exciting to watch! 🏆

Guilford 5th graders ended the day by having their 5th Grade Graduation Celebration…we are so proud of these amazing 5th graders & know they will absolutely rock middle school! 🎓💙

Last night was the Optimist Award Dinner where we were able to celebrate Guilford’s Certified & Classified staff members of the year! 🏆

Congratulations again to Mrs. Camie Broughton (1st grade) & Mrs. Sandy Hovious (cafeteria) for everything they do for Guilford’s students & staff! 💙

Thank you to ALL that Guilford PTO does for students & staff! Friday was one of their biggest events of the year, and one that every child can participate in because it is during school hours.

Today is Principal’s Day! 🥳 We are so thankful for the school leadership within PCSC…but especially grateful for our amazing GE principals Mrs. Perry & Mrs. Stepp!

Mrs. Perry was able to complete a fun Survivor-themed challenge yesterday, and enjoy treats & gifts from students & staff. Thank you to both of these amazing leaders! 🍎

GOOD LUCK to our 3rd graders this week as they take on their first ILearn test! 🖥️ They were able to celebrate hard work & preparation with a baseball-themed party on Friday & a visit from Rowdie! ⚾️❤️ Our 1st graders also had a home run day with a fun field trip to watch the Indianapolis Indians play! 🚌⚾️

Our 5th graders enjoyed competing in the annual 5th grade track meet this week & did an amazing job in their events! 🏃

Summer break is on the horizon & our students still have a lot of fun & engaging activities & events coming up 🎉 Please make sure you are reading classroom teacher updates, as well as information from Mrs. Perry to stay informed 🔊
