David Carozza Pittsville Town Commissioner David Carozza Pittsville Town Councilman 2021 We moved our family to this quiet little town in 1994, settling in among great friends and neighbors.

We’ve been here through the Town’s growing pains, including past water quality issues. As part of our longstanding commitment to the community and our neighbors, we worked with the East Side Chamber of Commerce to organize the first Pittsville Parade, a Christmas Village, and Town Christmas Tree Lighting at our Train Station property. We hope to resume the festivities post-covid. We have held a community Trick or Treat at our “Haunted Train Station” since 2019 and continue to organize local charity fundraisers. I was elected to the Pittsville town council in 2021 and was on the Pittsville Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals form 2019 to 2021, business owner since 1994, currently in the field of Property Management.

🎉 Pittsville Night Out 2026 is next Wednesday, August 5th! This year's event will run from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

Come out and join the Pittsville Police Department, Pittsville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., your friends, and neighbors for a night of community fun at Pittsville Park. Grab some good summertime eats with hotdogs prepared by PVFD, chips, popcorn, and Italian ice. Games and prizes for the kids (Mom and Dad can play, too!), giveaways, and free backpacks and school supplies, while supplies last. Police cars, fire trucks, and Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Trooper 4 will all be on display!

We'll cap the night off with the 4th Annual Pittsville Night Out fireworks show at 9:00pm. This show is brought to you by the Town of Pittsville and sponsored by Pittsville Ford. This show is always incredible, and you definitely don't want to miss it!

🔵 Please be advised of the following road signage change on Main St:

The portion of Main St. from Gumboro Rd WEST to Old Ocean City Rd has been changed to "W Main St".

The portion of Main St. from Gumboro Rd EAST to Old Ocean City Rd has been changed to "E Main St".

This change does not affect physical or mailing addresses. This has been done to help avoid confusion and improve the abilities of Emergency Services to respond in a timely manner.
