Members of BCAC’s Fuel and Weatherization Teams attended the NEUAC Annual Conference to continue strengthening our commitment to the communities we serve.

This conference provided an important opportunity to learn, connect, and share ideas:
• Addressing the growing need for energy assistance
• Supporting vulnerable populations facing energy insecurity
• Advancing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and weatherization
• Driving change through advocacy, policy, and education
• Building strong partnerships between utilities and nonprofits

As May is Community Action Month, this experience reinforces the importance of working together to create stronger, healthier communities and ensure families have access to the support and resources they need.

We look forward to bringing these insights back to our community and continuing the work of creating equitable, sustainable support for those who need it most.

May is Community Action Month. Small monthly gifts create powerful, lasting change in our community.

The Berkshire Together Giving Club is one of the most powerful and convenient ways to support Berkshire Community Action Council as we work to reduce the impact of poverty across our community.

When you become a monthly donor, you’re doing more than giving—you’re providing steady, reliable support that helps families in Berkshire County stay warm, safe, and secure in their homes, ensures children have warm clothing during the winter months, and eases the burden of putting nutritious food on the table or keeping up with utility bills. It’s simple to get started. Choose a donation amount that feels right for you, and your gift is automatically given each month.

And there’s never been a better time to join.

From May 11–15, every new member of the Berkshire Together Monthly Giving Club will unlock an additional $10 donation from GiveButter, boosting your impact right from the start.

Join today at https://givebutter.com/berkshire-together-giving-club-hfutvl and be part of a compassionate community committed to showing up for our neighbors, month after month.

Thank you for helping make Berkshire County a stronger, more caring place for all.
