The Financial Wellness Series is a FREE, three-part workshop series presented by The Moody Street Group, an organization dedicated to helping families improve the financial quality of life of loved ones who require special care. The workshops are designed for families of individuals with special needs but may also be beneficial for Service Coordinators, Directors, Clinicians, and other professionals who support these families.

Presentations will be led by attorneys Peter Moustakis, ESQ. and Lindsey Buckley, ESQ. and will cover important topics related to financial planning, Special Needs Trusts, and ABLE accounts.

Dispute Resolution Training for families

Families are invited to join this webinar to learn about their family’s rights in early intervention. Participants will learn about their rights and options as parents receiving EI services, including working with their EI team when they have concerns and how to file for mediation or a due process hearing.
