The First Session of the voter requested Special School District Meeting (SB2-Deliberative Session) is scheduled for 6:00pm Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at Pittsfield Middle High School. During the special SB2 school district meeting, voters can ask questions and discuss the warrant article that will be printed on the official ballot. There is no final vote taken during the deliberative session. Instead, voters will later vote by official secret ballot on Election Day Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 7:00am - 7:00pm at Pittsfield Middle High School. Applications are now available for the "Low & Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief" program. Applications must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2026. New Hampshire law requires that the Supervisors of the Checklist verify the voter checklist every year. Any person on the checklist who has not voted in the past five years must re-register to remain on the checklist. The Supervisors are mailing notices to those voters at the address provided when registering to vote. More information can be found on the town website: https://www.pittsfieldnh.gov/town-clerk-tax-collector/news/voter-verification.
