June is Children's Awareness Month, and we're highlighting our focus on the health and well-being of the next generation. Lead is a health risk to all, but especially young children. In addition to constantly optimizing our water treatment practices (resulting in record-low lead levels in our most recent compliance testing), we are committed to removing all residential lead service lines from our system by the end of 2027. We are proud to have already replaced over 15,000 lead lines and we won't stop until we're done: https://pittsburgh-water.com/4eKummA
