Pittsburgh-based Black Tech Nation Ventures - one of a very small percentage of majority Black-owned U.S. venture capital funds - recently received an investment that will help their efforts to support diverse startups in the Pittsburgh community and beyond. 🤝

First National Bank (also Pittsburgh-based) announced it is making an equity investment in Black Tech Nation Ventures, a venture capital fund for tech startups led by Black and diverse leaders.

Focusing on inclusive growth, and attracting and supporting diverse entrepreneurs in our region, is so important because “when all tides rise, everyone rises.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Excited to see the impact this partnership will have on the region!
