As for what we've been up to—our team completed nearly 150 interpretation assignments for multilingual students across Western and Central PA during PSSA testing over the past few weeks!

🚨We're Hiring a Support Coordinator!

We believe language access is a human right and we're looking for someone who shares that belief to join our amazing team.

As a Support Coordinator, you will help keep our interpretation operations running smoothly and our clients and interpreters supported every step of the way. Position details include:

📍 Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (with Work-From-Home Wednesdays!)

💼 Full-time, 40 hours per week

💰 $50,000–$55,000 annually

You'll join our highly collaborative and supportive coordination team, where you will manage interpretation requests, support clients and interpreters, maintain systems, and help us continuously improve our operations to better serve our clients and interpreters.

You're a great fit if you have:

✅ 3+ years working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication

✅ Comfort with software tools and scheduling systems

✅ A background in language services (preferred but not required!)
