Senior Center: Join us for congregate meals, bingo, holiday parties, trips and much more. If interested, call 412-621-3342

Health and Wellness: We offer a multitude of exercise classes including Silver Sneakers classic/cardio/yoga, strength training, Tai Chi, line dancing and meditation. You are sure to find one to meet your needs. If interested, call Nancy @ 412-621-3342 x100

Childcare: We offer childcare for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. If interested, call Tracy @ 412-621-3342 x111

Meals on Wheels: CYA delivers meals 3 days a week, providing 5 meals each week to home bound seniors across the city. If interested, call Leslie @412-621-3342 x105
