Mt. Lebanon Fire Department Serving and safeguarding our diverse community. The Municipality of Mt.

Lebanon, located on the southern border of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is served by a combination fire department consisting of 18 career and approximately 45 volunteer fire fighters serving a population of approximately 33,000.

At Monday’s meeting, we recognized members for both professional certifications earned throughout 2025 and milestone years of service.

Certifications were earned across fire suppression, EMS, fire instruction, fire prevention and technical rescue disciplines. These accomplishments represent countless hours of training, education and dedication to serving our community at the highest level.
