The Western Pennsylvania Coalition of Taxpayers (WPCT), is an alliance of Western Pennsylvania citizens and citizen groups that support the elimination of Pennsylvania School property and nuisance taxes. The WPCT is also a member of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Taxpayers Association (PCTA), which represents more than 80 tax payer groups across the state. has introduced the Property Tax Independen

ce Act, House Bill 76. Senator Argall, of the 29th District has introduced companion legislation, Senate Bill 76. Each are committed supporters of property tax independence. We have joined with them, and the PCTA to craft and to pass this historical legislation.
