Urban Pathways 6-12 Charter School

Urban Pathways is a free public charter school. Founded in 1998, we serve youth in grades 6-12. All students who come to UP graduate from UP.

And out of last year’s graduating seniors, 100 percent were accepted to college.

Reminder! Tomorrow students with ZERO TARDIES and ZERO ABSENCES are permitted a dress down day. If your student did not receive a pass dated for 9/11/26, they are not eligible for dress down. See guidelines.

More than a game. ⛳ Through Urban Pathways’ partnership with First Tee Pittsburgh, students develop golf skills while building confidence, character, leadership, and career-ready experience.

Participation has already helped connect a UPCS student with employment and training through the Bob O’Connor Golf Course caddie and pro shop program!

Today we are celebrating our students with perfect attendance this week! Students with zero absences and zero tardies are awarded every Friday. Here are a few of this first group. Great job everyone, keep up the great work!

Zero Tardies + Zero Absences = DRESS DOWN DAY!
Each week, we reward our students that have been present and on time with a dress down day the Friday of that week.
Each student received a ticket with the date & rules for the day.

Congratulations Students! We're excited to see this group grow each week!

The only sweater permitted per dress code are the ones available at UPCS.
