On July 16, 2020, the Highland Park Community Council and the Highland Park Community Development Corporation held a virtual meeting to discuss updates for Bryant Street.

HPCDC President David Hance reviewed the history of the HPCDC and the efforts to improve the Bryant Street business district. Dave's slides are available at https://www.hpcdc.org/node/14.

A particular focus of the meeting was the proposed relocation of Magisterial District 05-2-31 offices from Morningside to Bryant Street. The Honorable Mikhail Pappas also participated in the call.

Happy Holidays to all. HPCDC is looking for a few good tenants, we currently are renovating 5802 Bryant. We are looking for a office tenant for this open space on the second floor. Great for growing business! Come join our business District.....

We also have a great space for that small family restaurant On Bryant, the neighborhood has been asking for pizza, with good salads and sandwiches could be a win.

Take the Heth's Run Survey. Public input is being collected to shape the concept design for Heth’s Run, right in our back yard. The time to get involved to preserve and improve public green space is now, before the concept is finalized in the fall.
