Southside tenants and landlords are going to be very happy. Our district has had this program for over three years, and it has saved so many of our landlord-tenant relationships. Landlord-tenant cases often present tough circumstances for the courts, but this program ameliorates most of our complex cases.

Beginning August 5, Lawyer Of The Day (LOTD), along with our fabulous Court Resource Navigators and our friends at Neighborhood Legal Services will be available in Magisterial District Judge Ricciardi’s courtroom in the South Side serving Pittsburgh's 4th, 16th & 17th Wards.
We’re excited to be expanding access to support more tenants facing eviction! A special thank you to Judge Nina Ricciardi and her staff for welcoming us!
