The annual Bishop’s Education Fund collection will be taken up September 12-13. In the past 30 years, approximately $27 million in assistance has been given to over 55,000 children from nearly every parish in the diocese. Many students in our Diocese want a Catholic school education, but a number of those students can only do so with financial assistance. Your help makes such assistance available. The theme for the Season of Creation 2026,"Living Water," explores Ezekiel 47:9 and 12 as a powerful biblical vision of hope and ecological healing. Our Creation Care Team has joined with others in Southwestern PA to plan a prayer service entitled "A Call to Prayer and Action: To Protect God's Gift of Living Water" at St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 10am-noon. All are welcome!
