June 25–July 1 is DeafBlind Awareness Week, a time to recognize the achievements, contributions, and potential of individuals who are DeafBlind while raising awareness about the unique experiences of those living with combined hearing and vision loss.
An estimated 2.4 million Americans experience combined hearing and vision loss. They are educators, advocates, professionals, artists, leaders, and community members whose talents and perspectives help strengthen our communities every day.
