The park features the Price Anniversary House, Meherin House and the Juan Bautista de Anza Trail. Just as California became a state, John Michael Price established Rancho del Pismo, and founded the town of Pizmo, today known as Pismo Beach. A visit to Price Historical Park located on the Rancho del Pismo grounds is like taking a step back into history. The park features the Price Anniversary House

, Meherin House, Juan Bautista de Anza Trail, El Camino Real, Ortega-Price Tri-Gable Adobes, a windmill, orchard, farm implement garden and stones from the corrals of early Pismo. You will also find exhibits and displays that showcase life in Pismo Beach as it was in 1893. Docent-Led Guided Tours are conducted on the second Sunday of each month at 2 pm and 3 pm and the third Wednesday of each month at 11 am, noon, and 1 pm. Tours on other days and times can also be scheduled by appointment with 48 hours notice from our website.

The secret is out. The Pismo Beach History Center will be "digging for clams" when they launch thier fundraising campaign. Check out the Preview Center this Saturday during our Lawn Social & Afternoon Tea starting at 1PM.

We put our fundraising milestone tracker up today just in time for this Saturday's Lawn Social & Afternoon Tea at Price Historical Park. It starts at 1 PM and is free and open to the public.

Looking good!

This week we picked up our test Reader Rail and it's perfect. A Reader Rail is the fixture used to display, in our case, the history and photo's of Pismo Beach. Also, we were able to have it manufactured locally. Sneak Peak, May 16th, 1 pm until 3 pm. Lawn Social.
