Time to spotlight another one of our Facade Light Grant recipients — Louisiana Fireplace!

Louisiana Fireplace is a shining example of how local businesses on Main Street can take advantage of the resources available within our district to enhance their storefronts and contribute to the vibrancy of downtown Pineville.

The Pineville Downtown Development District is excited to highlight the completed improvements at The Dance Center Cenla, located at 1011/1013 Main Street.

This duplex building participated in both the original Facade Grant Program and the Facade Decorative Lighting Grant Program at the same time—resulting in a full exterior transformation. Improvements included fresh paint, new awnings, updated door hardware, and decorative lighting.

Together, these upgrades have significantly enhanced the look and feel of this space and its contribution to downtown Pineville.

The Pineville Downtown Development District is excited to announce the completion of a Facade Decorative Lighting Grant project at Rapides Parish Library, Martin Branch, located at 801 W Shamrock Street.

A cornerstone of our community, Martin Library serves residents of all ages with valuable resources, programs, and a welcoming space to learn and connect.

With the addition of decorative facade lighting, the library now shines even brighter—enhancing both its visibility and its presence in downtown Pineville.

The Pineville Downtown Development District is proud to partner with the City of Pineville, La and Pineville High School for a very special feature in this year’s Mardi Gras Parade!
