The LANG Employment Assistance Office is an excellent resource for employment services and career exploration. Our mission is (1) help service members and their spouses find employment, and (2) help service members and their spouses enhance their employment and career opportunities. If you are a Guardsman or spouse, LANG job coordinators will assist you by reviewing your career goals & objectives

and by helping you link your military & civilian skills and your interests & abilities to meaningful career opportunities. Building or enhancing your résumé is an important part of this process. The LANG Employment Assistance Office works closely with numerous partner agencies to aid service members and spouses in their search for meaningful employment. These include the La. Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR), La. Workforce Commission, La. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Chamber of Commerce - Hiring Our Heroes, USA Jobs, Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program – Hero 2 Hired.
