When the seeds you plant 🌱 grow! So proud of and his growth into a successful young man! .
Wow!! When I was 24 I launched a and in less than 5 years, we helped hundreds of high school students in . TJ (who is now 24 😩♀️) developed skills and talents in his teen years through the program that had created career options for him post college. He has worked for , , , and ! I am excited to help him as he continues his journey into adulthood!
It's never just about me. It's always about who God intends to bless through me 🙌. Super grateful!

So I asked God to place me where I'm happiest ALWAYS! My student from WAAAY back in my days met me today for lunch! Timothy Smith Jr is originally from Edgecombe County and graduated from (I feel so old!).
When he was a sophomore in HS, he became a part of our program. We identified that his talent was in photography and A/V equipment so he ran ALL of the A/V equipment during the ! We even gifted him and 5 of his classmates with new before entering into college!

I’m so excited!!

Donald Moore was one of our Teens Leading Change’s employees in 2014 and during the employee orientation, when I asked him what he wanted to do after school, he was laser focused on becoming a Marine. He knew what he wanted and over the last year, he has worked relentlessly to make it happen!!

Today I learned that this young man has become a United States Marine! I couldn’t be more proud of him and I know that this decision places him on such a promising path! Coming from an area such as the Aurora/Richland Township where there are very limited employment opportunities and where poverty amongst the minority communities is very high, this accomplishment is HUGE!

Be Global, Inc. is super proud of you Donald! We are sending you blessings of peace, prosperity and protection 💚. Make us proud!
