Rain Dimaliwat, the 2026 valedictorian of Blue Ridge High School, finishes her remarkable journey with a perfect 5.0 GPA and a bright path ahead as she heads to the University of Arizona to pursue a dual major in Neuroscience and Physics, with a minor in Creative Writing. Recognized as January 2026 Superintendent’s Student of the Month for Arizona, Rain embodies dedication, curiosity, and leadership, balancing intense scientific study with expressive storytelling. As she embarks on undergraduate studies this fall, she aims to contribute to groundbreaking research at the intersection of neuroscience and physics while continuing to share her insights through writing. Congratulations, Rain, on this well-deserved accolade and the exciting chapter that lies ahead.

Blue Ridge Quarterback Club would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Horne Auto Center for their generous donation, which funded our summer T-shirts for camps, 7-7 and workout days. Your support directly benefits our players, boosts team unity, and helps us prepare for a successful 2026 season. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to sharing highlights as we train, compete, and strive for a memorable 2016 season for the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets.

Gratitude and Acknowledgments for the 2026 Blue Ridge Graduation Lock-In

Meghan Penrod, Ryan Grace, Shanna Atkinson, Bridgette Blake, and Carolyn Cox — they put in countless hours to make this happen for our 2026 grads. Everyone on this page stayed to help all night. We had a great number of volunteers show up. Parents raised over $10,000 which was given away in cash and prizes. We had 117 students at BR 2026 Lock-ink.
