PUBLIC NOTICE:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Sublette County, Wyoming, will hold a discussion and vote at its regular meeting on January 20, 2026, regarding whether to place a proposition for a 1% general purpose excise tax, pursuant to Wyo. Statute §39-15-203(a)(i), on the ballot for consideration by the voters of Sublette County at a special election to be held May 5, 2026. The discussion will occur during the public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, to be held at the Sublette County Library, Lovatt Room, at 9:45 AM. The public is encouraged to attend.
