📢 HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS PRESENTATION 🌪️

Hurricane season is here, and now is the time to make sure you and your family are prepared.

Join Pine Knoll Shores Fire Department and the National Weather Service for an informative presentation on hurricane preparedness, including planning ahead, understanding forecasts, and preparing your home and emergency supplies.

BEACH WHEELCHAIR RESOURCES – BOGUE BANKS, NC

GENERAL BEACH WHEELCHAIR RULES

1. A current valid Driver’s License or other approved form of ID must be presented at Check-Out. Some agencies may require a waiver.

2. Wheelchairs are loaned out on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are no rental fees. Charges for damage from abuse or negligence may apply.

3. Wheelchairs are checked out and returned daily. No Reservations, No Overnight usage.

4. Wheelchairs are to be used within the jurisdiction of the lending agency unless otherwise specified. (Note: Special circumstance requests for Out-of-Town, Overnight, or Extended usage may be considered by the lending agency on a case-by-case basis).

5. Customers must arrange for their own transport of beach wheelchairs.
