You might as well turn this sucker off!
all the fire departments in the county need help. We’ve heard all the excuses. I can’t commit to (fill in the blank), I’m not always available, I’m too young/old, I don’t know anything about it. They are just excuses. We are all volunteers. We can when we can and we can’t when we can’t.
This is an incredible job you get paid for in ways that aren’t money. If you’ve ever thought about it, contact the VFD in your area. The hardest part, is walking through that station door the first time.
We all live in the communities we serve. How can you make a difference?

There is a gentleman that will be contracting with the utility to try and locate any leaks on the lines, he will start this Friday 9/18/25. Here is a picture of him so people will be able to recognize him when they see him.

There may be a leak within Fall Creeks Utility District. Crew is out looking and checking areas in the communinty, If anyone knows of possible leak or sees water running please contact the office or Calvin Wooden at 423-309-1258. Sorry for any inconvience at this time.

We have plenty of bottled water if you need drinking water or to cook with. We are at fire dept from 4:30-6:30. If you can’t get out, send us a message and we will try to get it to you!
