Huron Gas is taking precautions to keep both our customers, and employees safe throughout this pandemic. One way to help minimize interaction in a household is to not run out of propane. A simple way to help reduce this risk is to check your tank gauge, just as you would check the fuel gauge in your car.

For the health and safety of our customers and employees, Huron Gas will be temporarily closing our main office to visitors beginning March 20th. Payments can still be mailed, submitted via ACH, or delivered to the drop box (check or money order) in front of our main office (beginning next week). Payments may also be made with credit card by calling (989) 453-2472.

Despite this, we want to assure our customers that our operations are continuing as normal, with adequate supply and reliable means to make our deliveries to your homes. Our team is still available M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For those looking to have cylinders filled, please call in advance to schedule an appointment and our customer service team will walk you through the process. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

This weekend, Huron Gas participated for the first time ever in the annual Christmas in Whoville Parade in downtown Bad Axe. We had a great time and hope you and your families did too!

We would like to thank Sam Hiemstra for driving our truck, the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce for giving us the opportunity to participate in this fun event, and Huron County Memorial Airport for the warm space to decorate our truck. Thanks and see you next year!

This Friday, July 19th, join us for our Summerfest Cylinder Fill! Customers can have their 20lb propane cylinders filled for just $3! That's less than the price of a cup of coffee!
This special runs from 10AM to 4 PM on July 19th only. Tanks must meet applicable refill standards (no requlaifications on Friday, sorry) and there will be a limit of 2 per customer. Hope to see you there!
