Today, our Senior Resource Director, Jurnee, with Horizon Health’s Faith in Action program, is out in the community conducting friendly visits with local seniors. These visits play an important role in reducing social isolation, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping older adults stay connected and engaged.
Through compassionate conversation and personal outreach, Jurnee is strengthening community connections and supporting the well-being of seniors, one visit at a time. We are grateful for her dedication to building relationships and making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

There are many seniors in our community who are home bound and appreciate our volunteer drivers who transport them to doctor appointments.

Let us know if you want to join our team of volunteer drivers - you'll be reimbursed for mileage and drive when it works for you.

Join the Todd County Caregiver Support Group on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 4:00pm- 5:00pm at Hilltop Regional Kitchen in Eagle Bend.

Led by Horizon Health's Faith in Action Senior Resource Director, Jurnee Bruggenthies, these sessions provide support, resources, and encouragement for caregivers navigating memory challenges and other caregiving responsibilities.
