🧠 Think Someone is Having a Stroke? Call 911 Immediately.

When it comes to stroke, time lost is brain lost.

Calling 911 instead of driving yourself to the hospital can save critical time and improve outcomes because:
🚑 Emergency responders can begin care right away
🚑 EMS can alert the hospital before arrival
🚑 Patients may get faster access to life-saving treatment
🚑 Symptoms can suddenly worsen during transport

June is CMV Awareness Month.

Congenital CMV (cCMV) occurs when cytomegalovirus is passed from a pregnant person to their baby during pregnancy. It affects about 1 in 200 babies and is the most common congenital viral infection in the United States.

Many babies with cCMV appear healthy at birth, making awareness and early testing important. Testing within the first 21 days of life can help confirm cCMV and support early monitoring and care.
