Tuesday was a great day at DCI as we celebrated Charlene Lower who has worked in the AG's Office for 54 years, most of them with the State Forensic Lab. AG Marty Jackley read a Governor's Proclamation declaring today, June 10, as Charlene Lower Day in South Dakota. Among those attending a luncheon for Charlene were long-time current or retired DCI members Left to Right – Jo Leonard, Margie Schoenrock, Patty Gall, Charlene Lower, Sam Clark, and Fred DeVaney. Not pictured was Judy Schneider. We even found a photo of Charlene in a 1975 staff photo!
