We’re grateful to First National Bank for hosting a Capital Area United Way workplace campaign and for matching their employees’ gifts to make an even greater impact.

Their team is putting generosity into action—supporting local programs and partner agencies that help our neighbors with everything from basic needs and health to children, families and financial stability.

A workplace campaign is more than a donation. It’s a team coming together and saying, “Our community matters to us.”

The State Workplace Campaign is officially underway!

And the South Dakota Department of Revenue knows how to kick things off—with a DUNK TANK! 💦😂

Employees had some fun while raising money to support the Capital Area United Way and communities across South Dakota.

Because giving back is even better when you can have a little fun doing it!

Dolly Parton believed in giving back and helping children dream bigger—and this year, we’re celebrating that spirit right here in the Capital Area through Give Like Dolly Day.

Today, we’re inviting our community to join us in giving back to children by supporting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Capital Area United Way. Your support helps make it possible for children in our community to receive a free, high-quality book every month from birth to age 5.

Today there are 738 children receiving books each month!
