Water service should be coming back online now. You may notice discoloration and inconsistent pressure as the system restabilizes and air pockets bleed out. I am not aware of any boil water notices being posted, but out of an abundance of caution you might consider taking that precaution if you lost service today.

We are getting reports of a water main failure impacting Piermont Landing. At this time, restoration of service is estimated by 6PM. We will continue to monitor the situation and inform the public of any relevant updates.

At last night's BOT meeting, local law #4 of 2023 was repealed by a vote of 4-1. This repeal eliminates the CBM district, and the associated alterations to our Zoning code. We look forward to working with the Comp Plan Update Committee, professional consultants, community stakeholders, and the public at large in re-examining what Zoning framework would best suit our precious downtown character, and allow responsible development and redevelopment in the future.
