Once again, I am in need of transportation to the Carolina Raptor Center in Huntersville. I just took in an adult Red-tailed hawk, that has a broken radius or ulna in its right wing. I think there is enough bone away from the joint that it can be pinned. Just let me know if you wish to make the trip. Thanks.

Would anyone be interested in taking a couple of raptors to the Carolina Raptor Center tomorrow? We have a Red-shouldered Hawk and a Juvenile Barred Owl that need medical attention. If interested, you can let me know here or call me at 864-275-6123. Thanks.

We were able to get two opossum litters moved to outside cages today. A litter of 5 and one of 6. There are 4 singletons still to move out. Makes taking care of them a lot easier.

Today another little skunk baby. This one was dropped by mom as she crossed a road and she kept going. Someone stopped and grabbed him before he got hit. He is about 3 weeks old. I gave him a bath to get mud and mites off. He has some skin issues that will take a while to clear up. Very chunky and feisty. ❤️🦨
