April Happenings
**Applications for housing will begin 04/6-04/29th. With the exception of holiday and training dates due to office closure.
**Reexams will be 04/07-04/15. If this is your month to renew a letter and paperwork will be posted on your door. The letter will tell you what times and what info to bring in with you.
**Our office will be closed 04/03 in observance of Good Friday.
**Our office will be closed 04/13-04/15 for further education training.
**Pest Control will be 04/15-04/17. A letter was sent stating the dates each area will be sprayed. If you got sprayed in March you will not be this one. If you didn't get sprayed in March you will be this one.
Lease Reminders
**As the days are warmer grass cutting season has begun. Remember if they have to get off their mower to move any toys etc to mow a $25 fine will be imposed.
**Citations will be given for any tenant that doesn't keep their yard/porch clean. Letters have already been left. Thank you for help in keeping your homes clean in appearance and also in sanitation.
**You may not have any pools. You also may not have any other out door toys such as trampolines, swing sets, or basketball goals.
**You are given a trespass list at lease up and again at renewal. We have an updated copy posted in our foyer and additional copies are always available for pick up in our office. Having someone in your apartment on this list is a serious violation and will result in an eviction for you.
**You are allowed overnight company 14 calendar days a year. Violation of this rule can result in your company being trespassed for illegal live in and up to your eviction.
**No parking in the grass, and please do not block mail boxes when parking
**Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a drop box you may leave money order/checks near our front door. We also have an automatic draft option as well. Late fee of $20 is assessed on 15th and 25th
**You must report ANY changes in income within 10 days. Example: a raise, a cut or increase in hours (consistent change), a job change, you begin to receive child support or social security or you no longer receive either. Non reporting can result in possible retro rent being assessed or it could result in an adjustment to rent not being done if a decrease is not reported.
