It’s Pride Eve in Phoenixville and we’re excited to celebrate one of the largest, most energetic, love-filled celebrations that occur in our amazing town! I’ll be volunteering at the Phoenixville Democrats tent tomorrow, so be sure to stop by and say hi!

Daniel Wiser, PASD School Board Director will also be representing the School Board at a tent and I’ll be sure to stop by and hang out with him for a while as well. We’ll be ready to talk about how the Phoenixville Area School District is a welcoming environment that protects and supports every student, no matter who they are or who they love (along with answering any other district related questions).

See you all tomorrow and Happy Pride!!

It was an absolute privilege to offer some (very) brief remarks to the Phoenixville Area School District Class of 2026 on behalf of the School Board this afternoon. This is always one of my favorite moments as a board member, because we get to see the fruition of years of hard work and dedication from our students and the pride of their family members and friends.

I’m particularly proud of this class because they have achieved the highest graduation rate in decades at 96%. And the graduation rate among English Language Learners was an incredible 97.6%!!

Congratulations Class of 2026!!

Graduation will be taking place outside today at 4:00pm!! It will be a hot one, so if you at sensitive to the heat, the high school auditorium will be open with a live stream. Congratulations graduates!!

We are looking forward to celebrating our graduates and are excited to share that the graduation ceremony will be held outside as planned at 4PM.

As we prepare for the event, we want to make you aware that the forecast calls for very hot and potentially oppressive conditions. The ceremony will proceed outdoors; however, the health and comfort of our families remain a priority.
For those who may be sensitive to the heat, seating will be available in the high school auditorium, where the ceremony can be viewed in a cooler, air-conditioned environment. We strongly encourage guests who may be impacted by the heat to consider utilizing this option. The entire ceremony will also be available live streamed on PhantomTV (Channel 28 on Verizon & Comcast) or online at https://www.pasd.com/community/phantom_media/phantom_t_v_live_stream

Graduates are reminded not to bring personal water bottles, as there will be water provided at your seat on the field.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to ensure a safe and memorable celebration for our graduates.

We’re doing everything possible to safely hold graduation outside. Please stay tuned for any additional updates.

I know this process has taken a long time, but we’re going to be reopening the Washington Field track to the public in the next couple of weeks. We have implemented a new system to improve safety, maintain the security of our facilities, and ensure our community members are the ones who have access to the facilities that their tax dollars support.

Be sure to sign up and get your access card!

The PASD Community Track Pass program is now accepting applications for card access. Community hours will officially start on Tuesday, June 16. See our website for details:
