Habitat for Humanity of Chester County Habitat for Humanity of Chester County works in collaboration with families and individuals to build affordable, safe, and sustainable housing.

Habitat for Humanity of Chester County envisions a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Habitat for Humanity of Chester County builds and sells newly constructed homes to qualified families and individuals who live or work in Chester County and meet the program qualifications. Our home buyers purchase their homes with affordable mortgages and pay taxes on the full values of their homes. We also operate a ReStore that sells gently used goods to generate funding to build more affordable homes. Through these programs, we help our neighbors build strength, stability, and independence through homeownership.

💸Vendors, secure your spot for just a $30 donation to HfHCC and be a part of the excitement on Saturday, September 26th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please make sure to sign up and complete your payment by September 12th!
- $30 donation reserves one 9' wide parking space for your merchandise (up to three 8' tables are permitted per space).
- Tents or canopies are permitted, provided they fit inside the 9' space. (a 10'x10' is acceptable)
- We encourage vendors to donate unsold items to the ReStore after the event.

We're celebrating the leaders who help make our mission possible!

Please join us in thanking Carlo Ferri of Kreischer Miller for his dedicated service on the Habitat for Humanity of Chester County Board of Directors. We also extend a warm welcome to Joseph Bondi of Saint-Gobain, who is joining our Board this year.

We're honored to congratulate Michael L. Cappelletti on his re-election as Board President.

As Mike shared, "I have chosen, once again, to take on the role of President because of our dedicated staff, volunteers, Board members, and supporters who are a constant reminder of the love of Jesus Christ in action. I want to be part of that effort to provide decent housing for so many in Chester County."
